For my business to run smoothly, I need to operate on a strict schedule. Please respect my time, and I will, in turn, respect yours. When you schedule an appointment in advance, make sure it is marked on your calendar. I send reminders 24 hours before your appointment via text and email, so please plan accordingly. I do understand that life happen can arise with unexpected events, illness, or emergencies. That is why I have a policy in place that is is designed to help man
