My therapeutic and relaxation massage is designed to help you unwind, release tension, and feel more balanced, both physically and mentally. I use a variety of techniques during each session, tailored to your body’s unique needs, to work on muscles and connective tissue, restore flexibility, and ease tightness.
During the massage, I apply gentle to medium pressure with long, flowing strokes, kneading, and circular movements that help warm the fascia and relax muscles. These techniques relieve stiffness and soreness, improve circulation, and encourage lymphatic flow to support your body’s natural healing processes. Other modalities may be used such as bamboo fusion massage or reflexology to compliment your session.
Therapeutic massage also promotes deep relaxation by engaging the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to lower stress hormones, reduce anxiety, and improve sleep quality. Clients may notice a sense of calm and renewed energy long after the session ends.
Warm lotion is used, and you have the option to include aromatherapy to make your experience even more soothing and personalized.
