Scar Tissue & Adhesion Massage Therapy
Scar tissue and long-standing adhesions can restrict movement, reduce circulation, and create persistent discomfort long after an injury or surgery has healed. Scar Tissue and Adhesion Therapy is a specialized form of therapeutic bodywork designed to address surgical scars, fibrosis, and chronic connective tissue restrictions that may contribute to pain or limited mobility.
This focused pain management session works with the body’s connective tissue to improve mobility, circulation, and tissue integrity over time. Techniques may include myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, deep connective tissue work, medicupping, and gua sha to help gently release adhesions and encourage healthier tissue movement.
Each session is tailored to the client’s individual needs and comfort level. Advanced therapeutic tools such as bamboo therapy or Avazzia therapy may also be incorporated when appropriate for an additional fee to assist in deeper fascial work and structural balance.
