​With nearly 20 years as a licensed massage therapist and over three decades of energy work experience, my approach is supported by formal training, continuing education, and extensive hands on clinical practice. I remain committed to current research, ethical standards, and trauma informed care. I welcome respectful questions. I do not debate my credentials or scope of practice. Foundational Training and Early Practice

Before becoming a licensed massage therapist, I began studying healing arts and energy work in 1995. My early training included mentorship in spiritual advising, herbology, reflexology, acupressure principles, lymphatic drainage, energy work, manual cupping techniques, and self rehabilitation practices following an automobile accident. Long before formal licensure, I was immersed in hands on study of body mechanics, pain patterns, and energetic healing systems. These foundational years shaped my integrative approach and continue to inform the depth and intuition of my clinical work today.
