Sessions will end immediately if this occurs, payment will still be due, and future sessions may be refused.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancel 24+ hours before your appointment: No charge

Cancel less than 24 hours beforehand: Full Session Fee will be charged.
No-Show Policy
A no-show results in:

Full session fee charge, or

Loss of prepaid session credit
A no-shows may prevent future booking.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late:

Your session may be shortened

The full session fee still applies
Arrival 15+ minutes late may be marked as a no-show depending on scheduling availability.
Illness Policy
For the safety of all clients and the therapist:

Please reschedule if you are sick, contagious, feverish, or unwell

If you arrive visibly ill, the appointment may be rescheduled at my discretion
Alcohol & Drug Policy
For your safety:

No arriving under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs

Alcohol numbs the body, increasing injury risks

No drinking before or during sessions, even celebratory

Cannabis or other substances affecting perception must be disclosed
Showing signs of impairment will result in refusal of service and may be charged as a no-show.
