I understand that life happens. Illnesses, family emergencies, and unexpected circumstances can arise. However, when you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you.

As an independent massage therapy practitioner, missed appointments and last-minute cancellations affect my schedule, my income, and the opportunity for other clients to receive care.

To maintain fairness and respect for everyone's time, the following policies apply to all appointments.

24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

​

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price.

​

Please contact me by phone as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.

​

No-Shows & Missed Appointments

If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment without proper notification, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

​

Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before scheduling another appointment.

​

Repeated missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

​

Illnesses, Emergencies & Special Circumstances

Your health and safety are important to me. If you are sick, contagious, experiencing a fever, or otherwise unwell, please do not attend your appointment.

​

Please notify me as soon as possible if you are feeling unwell or anticipate needing to cancel or reschedule. Do not wait until the last minute to contact me.

​

I understand that unexpected illnesses and genuine emergencies can occur. While my cancellation policy remains in effect, I may waive the cancellation fee one time, at my sole discretion, depending on the individual circumstances. You must reschedule your session to avoid this fee.

​

Exceptions are not guaranteed. Repeated last-minute cancellations, including those related to illness or emergencies, may result in cancellation fees or restrictions on future bookings.

Credit Card on File & Prepayment

A valid credit card is required on file when scheduling an appointment.

​

Prepayment is optional unless otherwise specified during booking.

​

The credit card on file may be charged for applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with the booking agreement.

​

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

​

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid interfering with the next client's appointment. The full scheduled service price will still apply.

​

Arriving 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment does not guarantee that your full session can be accommodated.

​

Respecting Professional Time & Boundaries

I value my clients and appreciate those who communicate when unexpected circumstances arise.

However, appointment availability is limited, and last-minute cancellations and missed appointments can prevent other clients from receiving care.

​

I respectfully ask that you keep track of your scheduled appointments and provide appropriate notice whenever changes are necessary.

​

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies.

​
