No Show Policy
Updated No-Show & Prepayment Policy as of 10-29-2025
To maintain fairness, professionalism, and respect for everyone’s time, the following policy applies to all appointments:

Prepayment is required for all new clients, referrals, and returning clients who have not been seen in a while.

A valid credit card must be kept on file at the time of booking.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the full session fee being charged.

No exceptions will be made.
When an appointment is reserved, that time is set aside exclusively for you. Missed appointments or late cancellations prevent others from receiving care.
If you are not comfortable with this policy, please refrain from booking an appointment.
Final Note:
Please remember, you contacted me — I did not contact you for services. It is your responsibility to keep track of your appointment times and dates.
When you fail to show for your appointment, you are not only preventing others from receiving the care they need, but you are also taking away from your massage therapist’s income and your own opportunity for healing and care.
