My business is by appointment only, and majority of appointments are scheduled in advance. New session appointments may be booked up to one month ahead. Because appointment availability is limited, there are often returning clients, referrals, and individuals on a waiting list seeking those same dates and times.

I'm going to be completely honest: I do not like gift certificates, and I no longer offer them. Over the years, I have found that gift certificates often create more problems than they solve. While they may seem like a simple and thoughtful gift, many go unused, get misplaced, or sit for months or even years before someone finally tries to schedule an appointment.
